

Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Global Travel Agency reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time before you make a reservation. The most current version of these Terms is available on our website www.globaltravelca.com. The Terms applicable at the time of booking will govern your reservation. By booking a tour with us, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Reservation
• Reservations can be made by calling 416-516-1113 (Toronto head office), 905-279-6077 (Mississauga office) or 416-998-6604 (WhatsApp) and will be assisted by a travel advisor.
• It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information for all travelers and services during booking.
• Global Travel Agency is not responsible for errors or omissions in the information provided by you during the reservation process.
• Your reservation is confirmed once you receive an official invoice from Global Travel Agency.
• Customers can explore pricing and tour details on our website, but all reservations are processed by our agents, who will review requests, confirm availability, collect additional details, and finalize the booking before issuing an official invoice.
3. Pricing
• Prices are listed in CAD and apply to tours departing from Canada.
• Tour pricing is per person and based on double occupancy unless otherwise specified.
• Pricing is subject to change without prior notice before full payment is received.
4. Payment
• A non-refundable deposit of $450 per person per trip is required upon booking unless otherwise stated.
• Full payment must be completed by the deadline specified in your invoice, or in confirmation emails from your travel agent.
• Failure to meet the payment deadline will result in booking cancellation, and all payments, including the deposit, will be forfeited.
• Reservations made within 3 months of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
• Airfare-inclusive packages require an Airfare Payment Authorization Form upon booking. Full airfare payment will be charged 3–6 months before departure or once the tour is confirmed.
• Any changes or cancellations after airfare issuance will incur airline penalties at the traveler’s expense.
• In case of pricing errors due to system or human mistakes, Global Travel Agency reserves the right to correct the price and update the guest’s invoice accordingly.
5. Flight Schedule
• Most tour flights include one stopover with a connection time within 5 hours.
• If the connection time exceeds 5 hours or multiple stopovers are required, our agent will confirm the flight option with you before booking.
• Please note that our main departure locations are Vancouver and Toronto. If you are departing from outside these cities, we will assist you with your travel plans before and after the tour. Additional flight options may be available.
6. DIY Itinerary Surcharges
• Air-inclusive packages use group airfare; any changes from the scheduled flight itinerary may incur additional costs.
• Other related arrangements, such as transfers and accommodations, may also have extra charges.
7. Single Supplement Surcharge
• A single supplement fee applies to travelers preferring a private room.
8. Gratuities
• Tipping guidelines will be provided in final travel documents, tour flyers, and brochures.
• Gratuities are determined based on the tour itinerary, duration, and destination.
• The required tipping amount is listed in the tour description and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
9. Cancellation Policy
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Global Travel Agency. Cancellation penalties apply based on the date the request is received.
Land Tours:
• 60+ days before departure: Loss of deposit plus administrative fees.
• 59–46 days before departure: 35% of the tour cost plus administrative fees.
• 45–31 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost plus administrative fees.
• 30–16 days before departure: 75% of the tour cost plus administrative fees.
• 15 days or less before departure: 100% of the tour cost.
Cruise Tours:
• 90+ days before departure: Loss of deposit plus administrative fees.
• 89–61 days before departure: 35% of the tour cost plus administrative fees.
• 60–45 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost plus administrative fees.
• 44–30 days before departure: 75% of the tour cost plus administrative fees.
• 29–15 days before departure: 90% of the tour cost plus administrative fees.
• 15 days or less before departure: 100% of the tour cost.
Administrative Fees: Includes travel visa costs, airline cancellation fees, insurance, and applicable amendments.
10. Travel Documents & Insurance
• Travelers are responsible for securing valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost baggage.
• Certain destinations may require vaccinations or health-related documentation, which travelers must comply with.
11. Changes & Amendments
• Requests for itinerary changes must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability and additional charges.
• Global Travel Agency reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, government regulations, or operational needs.
• Alternative arrangements will be provided when necessary, and travelers will be notified in advance.
12. Responsibilities & Liabilities
• Global Travel Agency serves as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators) and is not liable for any loss, damage, delays, or injuries caused by third parties.
• Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings and must follow the tour guide’s instructions.
• Travelers must adhere to local laws, customs, and safety regulations. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
• Global Travel Agency is not responsible for personal expenses outside of the tour package.
13. Force Majeure
• In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political unrest), Global Travel Agency reserves the right to reschedule or cancel tours. Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• If a tour is rescheduled, alternative dates or travel credits may be offered.
14. Health & Safety Policies
• Travelers must be in good health and capable of participating in all tour activities.
• Any medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.
• Global Travel Agency adheres to international health and safety protocols to ensure traveler well-being.
15. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
• Any complaints should be reported immediately to the tour guide or Global Travel Agency for resolution.
